Mortlach wins Provincial level
of 'Communities in Bloom' contest

Pop. Category 2,001 - 3,000 - Town oof Assiniboia
Pop. Category 3,001 - 5,000- Town of Kindersley
Pop. Category 5,001 - 10,000 - City of Humboldt
