The Canadian Forest Service

planted this afforestation project in 1945 and it is filled with lovely mature trees. A resident of Mortlach wishes to make cross country ski trails throughout the forest. Be aware that hunters use the forest in hunting season.

The forest is less than one kilometre from Mortlach on the east side of the TCH.
