Besant Campground is located 10km east of Mortlach. This prairie oasis is the perfect spot to stop and enjoy the spring-fed pond, sandhills, large, well-treed campsites and a natural swimming area. It is a great place to host family barbecues, reunions and weddings. It also makes an excellent location for birdwatching.
